We may collect your name, email address, phone number, property address, city, optional APN, ADU goals, site concerns, payment/order information, and messages you send to us.

At this time, customers are not required to upload photos, plans, surveys, title documents, utility bills, or other property documents.

We use information to process orders, prepare your ADU Property Clarity Report, confirm the property address, send intake forms, schedule review calls, provide customer support, send transactional emails or text messages, and improve our services.

We may also use email and SMS to follow up about purchases, incomplete checkouts, incomplete intake forms, and ADU Planner services. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails or opt out of SMS messages as described below.

We use service providers to operate the website and deliver the service, including GoHighLevel for checkout, intake forms, email/SMS, automations, and calendar booking; Stripe for payment processing through GoHighLevel; Vercel for website hosting; and, if added, Google analytics or advertising tools.

Payment information is processed by GoHighLevel and Stripe. ADU Planner does not intentionally store full credit card numbers on its own servers.

By submitting your contact information, you agree that we may contact you about your order, intake form, report, review call, support requests, and related ADU Planner services.

If you receive marketing emails, you may unsubscribe using the link in the email. If you receive SMS messages, you may reply STOP to opt out where supported. Message and data rates may apply.

We may use cookies, pixels, analytics tools, and similar technologies to understand website performance, improve user experience, and measure marketing activity. We are not currently listing a live analytics provider, but we may add Google analytics or advertising tools before launch.

We may share information with service providers that help us operate our website, process payments, communicate with customers, prepare reports, manage appointments, and improve our services.

We may also share information if required by law, to protect our rights, to prevent fraud, or in connection with a business transfer.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No website, payment system, email system, or data transmission method is completely secure.
