Refund Policy

ADU Planner is operated by Camp Street ADU INC. This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for the ADU Clarity Report, the Site Walkthrough upgrade, and our digital products.

A refund may be available before the intake form is submitted or before the property address is confirmed after purchase. Refund requests may also be reviewed case by case.

Once the intake form is submitted, the property address is confirmed, or report work begins, refunds are generally not available.

After purchase, we will ask you to confirm the property address and answer intake questions. If you do not submit the confirmation or intake details, we will attempt to contact you.

If you do not confirm the address and we prepare the report using the first address supplied at the time of purchase, refunds are not available after the report process begins.

If ADU Planner cannot complete the report because of an issue on our end or because the required property information is unavailable through no fault of the customer, we will provide a 100% refund.

If your report is not delivered within 48 hours of your completed intake form and confirmed property address, you may request a full refund.

We want the report to give you a clearer next step. If you feel the report did not provide clarity, contact us and we will review your questions with you. This satisfaction review does not guarantee a refund.

The Site Walkthrough is currently available in Southern California, including Los Angeles County, Orange County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, and San Diego County.

If a walkthrough is purchased for a property outside the current walkthrough service area, ADU Planner will notify the customer before any visit is scheduled and will, at the customer's choice, either refund the walkthrough purchase in full or refer the customer to a trusted partner in their area. The Clarity Report itself is available for any property in California and is not affected.

Before You Build — The California ADU Roadmap & Red Flag Kit is a digital product delivered by email immediately after purchase. Because access is granted right away and the material cannot be returned, Kit purchases are final and refunds are generally not available. This is disclosed at checkout before purchase.

If the Kit is never delivered, arrives unreadable, or you are charged more than once, contact us and we will resolve it, including a full refund where the Kit was not delivered. Other requests may be reviewed case by case.
