ADU Planner
Refund Policy
Last updated: May 30, 2026
Overview
ADU Planner is operated by Camp Street ADU INC. This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for the ADU Property Clarity Report and Site Walkthrough upgrade.
Report Refunds
A refund may be available before the intake form is submitted or before the property address is confirmed after purchase. Refund requests may also be reviewed case by case.
Once the intake form is submitted, the property address is confirmed, or report work begins, refunds are generally not available.
If You Do Not Complete Intake
After purchase, we will ask you to confirm the property address and answer intake questions. If you do not submit the confirmation or intake details, we will attempt to contact you.
If you do not confirm the address and we prepare the report using the first address supplied at the time of purchase, refunds are not available after the report process begins.
If We Cannot Complete the Report
If ADU Planner cannot complete the report because of an issue on our end or because the required property information is unavailable through no fault of the customer, we will provide a 100% refund.
Satisfaction and Clarity Review
We want the report to give you a clearer next step. If you feel the report did not provide clarity, contact us and we will review your questions with you. This satisfaction review does not guarantee a refund.
Site Walkthrough Refunds
The Site Walkthrough is currently available in Southern California, including Los Angeles County, Orange County, Riverside County, and San Diego County.
If someone outside the service area purchases a walkthrough, ADU Planner may refer the customer to a trusted third-party partner in their area or handle the order case by case.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund review, email info@aduplanner.io with your name, email address used for purchase, property address, order date, and reason for the request.
